Brixham Development Academy understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. We respect and value everyone's privacy when you sing up to our club. Brixham Development Academy will only collect personal data in ways described in the 'classforkids' privacy policy.

Brixham Development Academy will use the personal data provided to help assist with our classes and allow us to get in contact with the relevant people when necessary. Brixham Development Academy will store this data in a excel spreadsheet which will be accessible to all Brixham Development Academy coaches. These spreadsheets will only be accessible through passwords only known to Brixham Development Academy staff. Brixham Development Academy will retain personal data for 5 years. After 5 years this data will be wiped and no longer accessible. Every parent has the right to view their personal data we have and request for this data to be deleted. Brixham Development Academy withhold the right to use pre-agreed photos for marketing reasons past this 5 year deadline and therefore will not delete any photos taken with permission. Brixham Development Academy also withhold the right to contact parents via email to promote upcoming events and sessions. If parents would like to opt out of this either of the above they are within their rights to do so.
